JumpStart! Kids Fitness is a comprehensive kids fitness/wellness program taught to pre-school and school-age children at several day care and community centers throughout the East Valley and Maricopa. JumpStart! sessions consist of age-appropriate exercise, aerobic adventures, equipment activities, and educational lessons such as nutrition, hygiene, and the importance of a healthy lifestyle. In addition to our regularly scheduled classes, we offer our fun activities for birthday parties and play dates.
