Treasurer Report
The quarterly dues billing went out 9/1.  Please contact Melissa Matthews if you did not receive your e-invoice.

Membership Report
Crout & Heller will be joining our group.  They couldn't be here today due to a prior commitment.

Main Feature - Picture Day
Today we met at “The Patio Room” of the Dobson Ranch Golf Course, our former meeting place.  The new owners spent $450K making improvements.  They would like to have us come back and they are offering a low rate of $11 per person to include T&G.  They will also change the menu every week for us.

We had an informal meeting where members mingled in between having their pictures taken for the new brochure.

We had an attendance of 30 members today so the board decided to take a vote on whether or not to move.  Chris Curran made sure the group had all the facts so they could make an informed decision.  There was an open discussion on the issues.  A motion was made to negotiate a contract with this location for this location for the price quoted for as long as we can with an opt out clause.  The motion passed.
