Financial Report
Ryan Bohlander reviewed the current financial position with the membership.   There is a monthly loss of approximately $300 that the board has taken steps to address.  They voted on the following changes...

• Increase dues by $5 per month.

• Going back to paying dues on a quarterly basis to improve efficiency.

• Reducing the admin fee by $100 per month.

• Push for an increase in membership.

Membership & Growth
Jeff Sutherlin took the podium to address membership and growth.  He proposes that within the next 90 days every member bring in one "quality" member.  This would double our membership and offset the monthly deficit. 

The question of who would qualify came up.  Can you bring in someone that you don't necessarily know that well?  It was suggested that we let them come and have the group determine if they would be a good fit.  If you are unsure, do your research and get referrals. 

It was suggested that we need to focus on value and supporting each other's business.  How many people would leave the group if they received several leads each week?

Members agreed that they could commit to bringing in one potential member this quarter.
