All Board members were present.
Greg Stewart discussed process for resolution
of objections to proposed new members. The board discussed the
possibility of having a resolution committee to handle these
matters. No immediate action taken.
Althea Bussert is finalizing detail for the
2004 holiday party. Date is set for 12/03/2004. Plan is to have a
15 piece big band. Social hour will run from 6:00-7:30, 7:30
dinner, 8:00 band start. Estimated cost for band is $1500. She
will finalize details.
Printing of a brochure update was approved.
NEXT BOARD MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR
06/11/2004, AFTER THE REGULAR FRIDAY MEETING.
