Dave Lathrop was absent, all other members
present.
Bill LaLonde will have new buddy lunch schedule
available for July 1.
Lisa Schnaidt advised of collections matters
and cash flow status. She will monitor our cash position, compared
to prior year. It appears our cash on hand is running $1,500-1,700
below last year.
Althea Bussert advised Diamondbacks game is
scheduled for 08/03. We will begin promoting the holiday party in
July, so all members can schedule. Committee is looking at some
options for a fall activity.
Printing of a brochure update was delayed for a
week or so, to provide additional time to work on a couple of
membership matters.
Nominations for board positions will be hell on
07/23 and 07/30, with speeches and elections scheduled for 08/13.
NEXT BOARD MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR
07/16/2004, AFTER THE REGULAR FRIDAY MEETING.
