November 30, 2007 Board Members in Attendance: Members in Attendance: Stuart Schindler remembers a meeting with at 35 people in attendance where the majority wanted to keep what we have with just a few minor tweaks. He believes the pictures are crucial and they cannot go any smaller. Greg Stewart believes the book has had its time. He would prefer something simpler like the roster, tweaked. Mark Howard liked the tri-fold sample that was introduced at a prior board meeting. Another suggestion is to give everyone a business card holder and then print separate business cards with the same format as the brochure. The upfront costs would be high but then you only need to reprint cards for members with changes resulting in lower future costs. Charles Hultstrand recommended we wait a couple of weeks for Stuart to get back to us with prices and possibly samples of options. We should go to Mike Whalen and ask him about options and pricing for a card holder. Board Archives
