Motions were made and seconded to accept the following board
positions:
President - Lisa Wolfe
Vice President - Chris Curran

Speaker Coordinator - Greg Stewart

Special Projects - David Lathrop
Board Member - Robert Busch
Past President - Nick Mawrenko
Think Tank Gathering
Greg Stewart recommended the board meet for dinner where everyone
can throw out ideas on how to improve MABE during the next term.
Dave Lathrop would like to see the plan of action extend to 18
months so there is time to develop agenda items.
Additional Suggestions
Chris Curran offered several suggestions included making it
easier to bring in guests and new members as well as holding current
members accountable beyond their paying dues and showing up for only
half the meetings. He also recommended group buddy lunches as
a way for members to get to know each other better and improve
moral.
The group discussed Robert Busch's idea of
having a quarterly social gathering. It would be informal.
Members would pay their own way. The idea would be to promote
comradery and improve moral by meeting in a more casual setting and
getting to know each other better outside of the regular breakfast
meetings.
The meeting was adjourned.
