Proposals
Chris Curran handed board members an estimated statement of cash
flow as of the 4th quarter. Members discussed the ratios
and anticipated income and expenses. They talked about
putting our reserves into CD's at various intervals. The board agreed
that Mark Dreher should review the scenario for tax purposes
before implementing the plan. They agreed to save a
prudent reserve and spend the next 3 months
determining website expenses. They will also request a proposals from Mike
Whalen on promotional items.
Brochures
There was a brief discussion on brochures. Stuart
Schindler would like the board to preview the layout before it
goes to print. Steve Chilton suggested the board review
the wording on the brochure and update it as needed.
Consumer Section of Website
The board discussed options for the consumer sections
of the website. It was suggested that we try to collect
visitor information, maintain a visitor database, let them know
when the "specials" page is updated, etc. It was also
suggested that we offer a free gift if they provide their
information. Another idea was to have members write
articles for the consumer section of the website and keep an
archive of these articles.

Finger foods - Remind people to eat prior to coming to
party.

Drinks
MABE will provide beer (keg) and wine. If members want
anything else to drink it they will need to bring it.
D)
Bus
$700 - 6 hours roughly. As an alternative, Steve
offered his RV for us to use. Could fit group in a
couple of trips. We would just need to hire a
driver.
E)
Decorations
May need a crew of people to help move things
in building to make room for inside party.

Rentals (Tables /Chairs [Bob Becker])

Other / Miscellaneous
Chris will look into rentals we may need.

Next Board Meeting Set /
Adjourn
The next board meeting was scheduled. It will be Tuesday, December 9th at 3:30pm
at Steve Chilton's home (1238 N Roundoff - (Sunset),
Apache Junction). This will allow board members to
finalize plans for the holiday party at his location.
