Band - $500
(Covers 4 hours with breaks.)
Drinks - $200
(MABE will provide a large beer keg, 12 bottles of red wine,
6 bottles of white wine and 6 bottles of champagne.
Members wanting anything else to drink will need to
bring it.)
RV - $160 (Steve
will see if we can hire one of his employees at $100 for
the night to drive the RV. We will also reimburse
Steve for gas at $60.)
Decorations
- $300
(Steve has priced the decorations needed to cover the
warehouse at $200. He has also talked to Jana
about centerpieces at $100.)
Clearing Crew - $220
(This covers paying Steve's employees to have the warehouse
cleared out and cleaned by Friday evening.)
Food - $200 (Erin
has put some pricing together for finger foods. We
will give her a budget of $200 to spend.)
Tablecloths - $125
(This includes tablecloths for all tables plus a refundable
$25 deposit if they are returned in good condition).
Stemware - $100
(Chris will look into getting some nice glasses for the
event. Steve has plastic cups and paper plates as
backup.)
