"When I was a brand new member about eight years ago I thought it would
be a good idea to gauge member’s commitment to the group by asking them
“if they had to sell their seat in MABE, what it would cost?” After all,
having been a veteran of other “lead’s” groups I wanted to find out what
I was getting myself into. Resoundingly I was told that money was not
the principle motivating factor for continued involvement in MABE and
that most members would not even consider such a request. I actually
thought it was a pretty reasonable question. I still do today. That
said, having now been a member for almost a decade I also understand an
unwillingness or actual inability to put a price on my membership. I
have made true friends, shared both hi’s and lows, learned more about
myself than I probably ever wanted to know, as well as found out what a
truly good business person looks like. Through all it MABE has been the
best ongoing investment I have made for my business since I started out
on my own over a decade ago. Now that I have come to depend on the other
members the way that I have, I understand how it would be virtually
impossible to place a price on my membership. Friday mornings are
definitely a high point in my week. If I can give back even a fraction
of what I have received in benefit over the years I will be grateful
that I was able. "

MABE is more than a "leads group". After almost
twenty years as a member I have made many friends who have been able to

By becoming a part of MABE my horizons have
broadened immensely through multiple channels; marketing, finances,
integrity, sales and emotional support. I appreciate the people and what
