CAREER DAY
We would like to personally invite you to our Career
Day, which will be held on January 29th at Highland
Junior High School. This will be an informational
presentation, 30 minutes, where students can ask
questions and see examples of your work.
If you would like to participate in our Career Day
by sharing information about your career, please
fill out the bottom portion of this letter and mail
or fax it to Highland Junior High School by
Wednesday, December 16th.

I have an upcoming
event with my other association, the PDCA,
that I thought would be of interest to MABE members
and visitors.
We are also raffling off a brand new 2009
Chevrolet crew cab truck at our national
convention in February (you need not be present to
win). Tickets are $20 a piece and only 4000
will be sold so your odds a very good.
Proceeds benefit a local scholarship fund.

Royal Caribbean will
launch the Oasis of the Seas late 2009. At
22,000 gross tons and holding 5400 passengers, it
will be the largest cruise ship in the world.
Stay tuned for the launch. The
sister to the Oasis will launch in 2010. Will it
help or hurt the cruise industry? All signs point to
a renewed interest in cruising which is still the
best value in the travel industry. Something to
watch in these uneasy economic times!
