improvement area. Prior to purchasing Timber Buildings the
same ownership operated another construction company,
Inverness, which does primarily ground up construction and
is inactive in the current economy. |

I have not had
significant contact with the new owners of Timber Building,
but they come recommended by Kal Kish. Steve Chilton has
spoken with Jeff King, at my request, and is comfortable
with him being proposed as a member.
