We have two insurance agents interested in filling the Insurance category.  Our first candidate visited the group today.  Nick Carr is with Legacy Insurance Group of Arizona.  He has been in the insurance business for 15 years.  He is an independent broker.  His company is part of a cluster of agencies that use their combined power to get the best rates for their clients.  He has a lot of business contacts and believes he can use those contacts to help MABE grow...that is if he doesn't drown on his way to Alcatraz!

Today's Program:  Sandro Menasci    "What makes All Brands Auto remarkable or unique?"

  • Every place that Sandro runs is clean and well organized. 

  • When they give estimates they accurate because the mechanics do it. 

  • Cars are delivered on time.

  • They have the benefits of a small facility (attention to detail, everything is detailed, etc).

  • They have the benefits of a large facility (warranties, etc).

  • Everything is computerized.  They know your car history. 

  • The properly dispose of all items. 

  • They use the best parts for the car (original or after market).

  • They do repairs as a package which saves the customer time and money in the long run.

  • They have most of the equipment needed to work on any car. 

  • They do all kinds of things that are not on the bill. 

  • They will sub out work if it is in the best interest of the customer.

  • Their warranties are transferrable.

  • The employees and the structure.  It took Sandro 20 years to build this great team.

  • His employees care and it is to their benefit to fix it right the first and have you come back.

  • His mechanics have positive personalities.  They know how to communicate with the customers.  They are happy.
