We have about 6 weeks left before the board nomination process begins and the new president takes over. We talked about doing a budget during this term. Is there still a desire to do that? What do we need to accomplish or start before the board change? Members felt creating a budget is a priority. Also, we had discussed doing regular social events so we need to plan the spring event. It was recommended we do brief, after meeting board meetings every month and one quarterly board meeting to run longer. We also need to talk about reducing dues during this hard time. This is something we need to take to Bard to access. It may not be possible at this time. Is this meeting location stable? May be a good time to secure a place. Make a request for a reduction of dues. Or pay as you go. Would accepting credit card for dues payments help? What if we don't have breakfast. Just meet for coffee. Pay monthly, year in advance and get discount. Waive or reduce entrance fee to entice more members for a period of time? Upgrade website. Home Show? If we want them in, shouldn't we call them rather than wait for them to come to us? Off board committee to do site selection. Board Archives
